Inclusions:

  • Rental of the whole play and cafè space for 4 hours. 
  • Includes 30 minutes bonus time for ingress, decoration, and other preparations.
  • Good for 30 pax - can be a mix of adults and kids in total. We strictly implement this maximum capacity to ensure optimal play experience for the children.
  • Free to bring any outside food and drinks. Limited to Food Panda/Grab Food delivery or food in trays or boxes only or whatever can fit in our bar counter. You may also hire your own caterer but please do an ocular to ensure that their stuff would fit in our bar counter.
  • No corkage fee for external event stylist, entertainment, host, mobile carts, etc.
  • 2 party attendants. Clean up care of our café staff.
  • Food for 30 pax and 20% discount voucher for our cafè drinks.
  • Food package options. Must choose 2 sets among the packages below - 1 set for kids and 1 set for adults.
    • Option A - Bacon Sandwich (with bacon from Berry's Deli), Chicken Pops, Assorted Fruits
    • Option B - Choice of 1 Pasta (Spaghetti, Truffle, Creamy Tuna or Rose Bulgogi Pasta), 2 pieces Berry's Deli Chicken Nuggets with hidden veggies, 4 pieces Berry's Deli nitrate-free mini-hotdogs
    • Option C - Grass-fed Burger from Berry's Deli, Potato Chips, Berry's Deli Croissant Dog/ Berry's Deli nitrate-free mini-hotdogs (whichever is available)
  • PhP 5,000 non-refundable security deposit will be billed upon booking to secure your date.
  • Decoration add-on: PhP 2,000. 
  • Remaining balance shall be paid one week before the party date. 
  • Our Events Coordinator will directly communicate with you thru email (kidscafeph.solenad@gmail.com) to assist you with any concerns that you may have.
  • Our Events Coordinator will also coordinate with you with the following:
  • Private Party Space Rental Agreement and Regulations Contract -to be sent upon payment of security deposit.
  • Party Details Sheet -to be sent after contract signing so we can know your food options, decor options, games, etc.

Great place for an intimate party for kids but the service leaves much to be desired.

We enjoyed spending our daughter's birthday at Kids Wood Play Cafe. It's deceptively small but it accommodates quite a bit of people. I wish there were seating for adults that allow for more interaction though. The kids enjoyed their time which was the most important part. The food was surprisingly delicious. We're so glad we availed of their food option. However, they didn't even bother to serve drinking water. We did in fact asked and were met only by a shoulder shrug. And there lies the problem with the venue. The staff cared very little about us and our guests. We arrived early at the venue only to be brushed off since it's not our time yet. And when our time came, they made no effort to assist us even when help was asked. We were in a positive mood and didn't let that ruin the festivities however it did leave a bad taste in the mouth.

I would still recommend the venue specially if you have your kids. They had so much fun and that's all that matters.
