1-hour or 2-hour Open Play/Child - This play pass is our entry rate for children who are 6 months and up. Each adult companion is required to order a food or a drink from our Cafe menu when you arrive at the Kids Cafe. Maximum of 2 legal-aged guardian per child only.
Unli Play - Unlimited play, unlimited fun! Choose any timeslot on the day you wish to avail the unli play. Please note though that if there are time slots which are taken already, this means that there is an event booked in a day and you wont be able to fully utilize the Unlimited Play well since the cafe will be closed for the event and you will be asked to end early with your Unlimited Play or just to come back again after the event is finished. Please be reminded that no re-entries will be allowed for unlimited play. Food and drinks must also be bought only from the cafè.
Childminder - This service is for those parents who want to run errands, go to the salon, gym or spa, or work at our alfresco dining while their child plays under the supervision of our Childminders. We implement 1 Childminder: 3 walking children and 1 Childminder: 2 non-walking children. Before checking in for play, kindly fill out this Childminder Waiver Form.
PWDs - Please refrain from selecting the PWD discount if you do not have a PWD ID for your child. Your booking will be automatically cancelled and refunded net of the processing fees if you failed to provide a PWD ID within 24 hours of booking. Kindly email us the PWD ID at kidscafeph@gmail.com for verification with Subject Line: [Your Order #] PWD ID. We wont be accepting PWD IDs sent thru any of our Social Media accounts.
How to book your play:
1. Sign your waiver in the link below. This will open in another window. Ensure that you have clicked the "Submit" button. You will receive a notification through email if the waiver has been filled out successfully.
NO WAIVER, NO ENTRY. All guests must complete a waiver prior to arrival to facilitate easier check-in process, this includes you and your child(ren). The waiver is good for one year so you do not need to fill this out every time.
2. Select from the variant available. After selecting the variant that you wish to avail, please wait for the "Select a time" button to appear.
3. Select a day and a time slot in the calendar based from the available ones.
4. A pop-out window will appear asking for more information about your booking.

6. A reminder of the waiver will again show. Just click YES if you have already signed the waiver. Or click the waiver form link if you haven't filled out yours yet.
7. Input "Name of Child(ren)". Separate with a comma if more than one.
8. Click "Add To Cart" button.
9. A summary of the booking made will appear. You may click "Check Out" if you do not plan to add more items from our webstore.
10. The next page will be the summary of all the items in your cart. Just click "Check Out" if you do not want to add anything else from our webstore in your booking.
11. Input your contact information and billing address.
12. Click "Continue to Payment" button.
13. Choose from our available payment modes. All booked play should be paid before coming to the Kids Cafe for easier check-in process.
14. For Bank Deposit as mode of payment, please follow the instructions in the check out page.
15. Upon arrival at the cafè, show your booking confirmation email.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY OPEN PLAY PASS?
Open Play Pass that you got on regular price can be rescheduled a day before the scheduled event, provided that there is still a slot available on your preferred rescheduled date and time slot. Rescheduling can only be done once. In case you really cannot make it, please email us a day before your scheduled play so you can avail the full refund net of payment processing fees within 15 business days. In case of emergencies on the day of your Open Play Pass schedule, we can only accept rescheduling (no refunds) as long as you will provide us through email with any proof of the emergency that happened (medical certificate, photos, receipts, etc.). Please send your request at kidscafeph@gmail.com with subject line: [Your Order #] Refund / Reschedule. We only strictly accept rescheduling/refunding requests thru email.
Open Play Pass you got on promotions or at discounted price are not rebookable/transferrable and are not valid for reschedule/refund.
WHAT IF WE ARE LATE ON OUR SCHEDULED TIMESLOT?
You may still be admitted to enter the play area if you have arrived within the time slot you have booked. However, the end of the time slot you have booked will still be followed. In the event that you have arrived later than your time slot booked, the Open Play Pass will be forfeited already and no refund will be processed.
