• Optional Childminder add-on for families who need supervised care during play

Each adult companion is required to order at least one food or drink item from our café menu upon arrival.

Maximum of 2 legal-aged guardians per child.

1-Hour Open Play
Our entry-level play pass for children 6 months and up, ideal for a quick but meaningful visit.

2-Hour Open Play
Perfect for families who want more time to settle in, explore, and enjoy both the play space and the café.

Unlimited Play
Stay longer and enjoy flexible play on your selected day. Please note that if part of the day is blocked for a private event or party, you may not be able to maximize the full-day experience. In such cases, you may be asked to end early or return after the event has finished.

No re-entries are allowed for Unlimited Play.

Our Childminder service is ideal for parents who need to run errands, work from our alfresco dining area, or enjoy a short break while their child plays.

Please select the PWD option only if your child has a valid PWD ID.

If a valid PWD ID is not submitted within 24 hours of booking, your reservation may be cancelled and refunded net of processing fees.

For verification purposes, we only accept PWD IDs sent via email, not through social media accounts.

1. Sign your waiver before arrival. Make sure you click Submit and wait for the email confirmation.
2. Select your preferred variant.
3. Wait for the Select a time button to appear.
4. Choose your preferred date and available time slot.
5. Fill out the required booking details in the pop-out form.
6. Input how many children will attend.
7. Enter the name of your child or children. Separate names with commas if more than one.
8. Click Add to Cart.
9. Review your booking summary, then proceed to checkout.
10. Complete your contact, billing, and payment details.
11. For bank deposit payments, please follow the instructions shown at checkout.
12. Upon arrival, present your booking confirmation email for easier check-in.

No waiver, no entry. All guests must complete a waiver before arrival, including both adults and children. The waiver is valid for one year, so returning guests do not need to resubmit unless it has expired.

Regular-priced Open Play Passes may be rescheduled up to one day before the scheduled play date, subject to slot availability. Rescheduling is allowed once only.

If you can no longer make it, please email us at least one day before your scheduled play to request a store credit which you can use in future bookings.

For emergencies on the day itself, we accept rescheduling only or we can issue a store credit and no refund will be given. Kindly email proof of emergency such as a medical certificate, photos, or receipts.

We only accept booking requests via email.

Promo or discounted Open Play Passes are not rebookable, non-transferable, and not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

You may still enter if a slot is still available. If we are already full, you may need to wait until a slot opens up. Your open play pass may only be used within the same day. Open play passes are non-refundable..
