Kids Café Club Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: February 17, 2025

Welcome to the Kids Café Club! By becoming a member, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1. Membership is open to parents or legal guardians of children aged 18 months to 6 years old.
1.2. Members must provide accurate registration details, including name, contact information, and child’s age.
1.3. Membership is non-transferable and may not be shared with non-members.

2. Membership Benefits

2.1. Members receive exclusive perks, including thematic classes and unlimited play when there are no parties/events. Free weekly classes are subject to availability, has a maximum capacity and require advance booking.
2.2. Parents' perks such as Coffee Connect mornings, Parents' Date Night, Kids Drop Off Night and discounts from partner salons, barbershops, pilates and gym in Ayala Malls Solenad.
2.3. Additional perks such as members-only events, priority booking for special events, discounted retail and cafe purchase and free coffee per month.

3. Membership Fees & Payment

3.1. Membership fees are payable on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during sign-up.
3.2. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of documented medical conditions or service discontinuation by Play Cafe Corporation.
3.3. Membership auto-renews unless canceled at least 7 days before the renewal date.
3.4. Payments must be made via approved payment methods (PayPal or credit/debit card via PayPal).

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1. Members may cancel at any time by providing written notice via email or in person.
4.2. Partial or prorated refunds are not available.
4.3. Play Cafe Corporation reserves the right to terminate memberships due to violation of café policies, disruptive behavior, or misuse of benefits.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Members and their children must follow all cafè rules, including play area safety guidelines and respectful behavior towards other guests and staff.
5.2. Shoes must be removed before entering play areas, and socks are required at all times.
5.3. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infants or those with dietary restrictions.
5.4. Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times. The café is not responsible for unattended children.

6. Liability & Safety

6.1. Play Cafe Corporaton is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use of play structures or failure to follow safety guidelines.
6.2. Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for their child’s well-being while in the café.
6.3. Any damage to café property caused by a member or their child may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1. Personal information provided during registration will be stored securely and used solely for membership management and communication.
7.2. Play Cafe Corporation does not share personal data with third parties without consent.

8. Modifications & Termination

8.1. Play Cafe Corporation reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or official announcements.
8.2. The café may terminate or suspend the membership program at its discretion, with reasonable notice to active members.
